Boaz Misholi

Mr. Boaz Misholi is one of the founders of the Israeli high-tech industry, with over twenty five years of experience in founding, managing and investing in high-tech companies in the US, Europe and Israel.  Mr. Misholi was founder, CEO and chairman of Comverse Technology (NASDAQ: “CMVT”) and its subsidiaries in Israel EFRAT and Telemeser; founder, chairman and lead investor of Fundtech (NASDAQ: “FNDT”), and founder or lead investor of several other companies, among them are VersaMed, Skyline, and DSP Group.  Mr. Misholi founded Aura Investments Ltd., an investment company publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: “AURA”).

In the early years of internet technology, Mr. Misholi served as the president and COO of MOST, an Israeli consortium made up of the 20 leading internet and multimedia high-tech companies.  Mr. Misholi is a graduate of the Computer Engineering department of the Technion, Israel, and an inventor and holder of several U.S. registered patents
