MIND’s Series A Signals the Future of DLP

Few things are more exciting than backing a team that refuses to accept the limits of a stagnant space.

MIND just announced a $30 million Series A, an incredible achievement only seven months after stepping out of stealth. We at YL Ventures backed them from the start, leading their seed round, and we are thrilled to double down now alongside Paladin Capital Group, Crosspoint Capital Partners and Okta Ventures. This funding is not just about scaling, it’s about accelerating a bold vision that is pushing data loss prevention into the future.

What makes MIND stand out is not just their groundbreaking technology, but how boldly they approached an acute, persistent problem. Instead of trying to patch over the cracks in legacy DLP, they stepped back, rethought the entire model, and built something entirely new. By uniting posture and prevention in one AI-driven platform, they offer security teams the kind of real-time, context-rich protection that older tools were never built to provide.

It has been incredible to watch Fortune 1000 companies trust MIND with their most critical data and see the team deliver results that prove smarter, faster protection is no longer a future goal but a present reality.

Working with Eran, Itai and Hod has been a privilege, not just because of their technical strength but because of the bold vision they set out to realize. Eran, as a second-time founder, knew exactly how risky it would be to challenge such a stubborn space, yet the founding team decided to take that risk head-on. They saw clearly that enterprises urgently need a platform approach that can cut through today’s fractured product landscape. They understood that reducing false positives and delivering real contextual understanding by leveraging AI is no longer a nice-to-have, it is a critical need.

This new funding round reflects more than just market confidence. It signals a real shift in how enterprises think about DLP and what they expect from their security tools. Eran, Itai and Hod are not here to make incremental improvements or tweak old ideas. They are reshaping the entire conversation, building a solution that meets the realities of where data security is going and the challenges that lie ahead.

We are proud to stand behind MIND as they lead this transformation, and we are excited to see how far they will take it.
