Congratulations to our portfolio company Karamba Security for raising a $10M Series B extension to its $12M Series B round from 2017! The round was led by automotive startup VinFast, with participation from South Korea’s Samsung Venture Investment (SVIC) in addition to existing investors YL Ventures, Fontinalis Partners, Liberty Mutual, Presidio Ventures, Glenrock, Paladin Group and Asgen.
Karamba, an Israeli company that puts its own security software on a device and then links it back to a cloud service to ensure that the device remains secure throughout its lifetime. The company was founded in 2016 and started selling its software 18 months ago. It currently has 12 million devices running its software, with customers in both the automotive and industrial world.
