Prior to joining YL Ventures, Adi spent four years at Claroty and Medigate, where she led network analysis teams through Medigate’s acquisition. Her tenure there provided her with a pragmatic understanding of the full company lifecycle, from technical scaling to integration. This operational background, coupled with her service as a Project Lead in the IDF’s elite Unit 8200, allows her to help founders pressure-test the assumptions that define their path from inception to scale.
Adi’s perspective is informed by a deep appreciation for the mechanics of growth required for long-term global business success. Currently an MBA candidate at London Business School, she maintains an outlook on the intersection of finance and technological innovation, alongside a vast international professional network. Her focus on structure and logic extends to her life outside the office.
A graduate in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, she values the logical elegance found in complex systems.
