Communications with YL Ventures: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of any communications with YL Ventures, whether through the Site or by any other means, including without limitation, by email, telephone, or through our social network pages or otherwise. For the purposes of this section, it is hereby clarified that:

Contact Us Form: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide us while filing the “Contact Us” form available on our Site. This information includes the User’s full name, phone number, email address, organization name, job title and any text you wish to insert into the “message” box. Additional information may be requested via such form in the future.
Information Collected on Landing Pages and Additional Interfaces: In addition, when you provide your details on landing pages or in any other digital form of YL Ventures (such as surveys, etc.), your contact information and any other information you provide will be collected and used by us in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Events: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of registration to our events. Such Personal Information may include your full name, email address, job title, organization name and phone number. Additional information may be requested via the registration form in the future.
Our newsletter and other commercial materials: you may voluntarily provide us with your full name, email address, job title, organization name and phone in order to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive commercial materials from us and our partners. Additional information may be requested in the future. We also retain a record of your subscription to our mailing list and, if you choose to unsubscribe, we may retain your details in a suppression list, which is intended to prevent sending you further messages in the future and help ensure that you do not receive marketing communications that you do not wish to receive. We retain this information in order to respect your preferences and to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Personal Information collected via technology:

Identifiers: when you use the Site, you automatically provide us with your IP address, MAC address, or other unique identifiers, as applicable, depending on the network or device you are using. This information is collected by us in order to improve your user experience, determine your geographic location, and for security and online advertising purposes. We may also collect additional identifiers, including advertising identifiers stored on the device you are using (for example, Google’s Advertiser Identification or Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers), for similar purposes.

2. What are the Purposes of the collection and processing of information?

We use information to manage, operate, maintain, and improve the Site, and to provide you with the services we offer (for example, technical support or contacting you). In addition, we use information for security, fraud prevention, compliance with legal requirements, performance and user experience improvements, and statistical analyses. Right to access: you may have the right to request access to your Personal Information that is held by YL Ventures.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

In general, YL Ventures does not share your personal information with third parties. However, we may share personal information about you with third parties in various cases, such as with service providers that assist us in operating the website and the services, competent authorities as required by law, or in the context of handling disputes, security, and fraud prevention. For details regarding the circumstances in which we will share personal information with third parties – see the expanded section below.

5.1 YL Ventures respects your privacy and will not disclose, share, rent, or sell your Personal Information to any third party, other than as stipulated under this Privacy Policy.

5.2 Generally, YL Ventures does not share your Personal Information with third parties. However, we may do so in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: To collect, store, and/or process your Personal Information through suppliers and third parties providing certain products or services approved by us (including, where applicable, to third parties in their behalf), solely for the purpose of providing the services requested by us, and not for any other purpose. See Section ‎6 below for further details on this matter.
YL Ventures Personnel: Personal Information that we collect and process may be transferred to or accessed by personnel of YL Ventures for the sole purpose of enabling the operation of the Site and to contact you. Please note that all YL Ventures personnel who will have access to your Personal Information are under an obligation of strict confidentiality with respect to such Personal Information.
Competent authorities and law enforcement agencies: We may share your Personal Information with law enforcement authorities, security agencies, courts, regulators, any other competent authority, or other relevant entities, in order to comply with legal requirements, judicial proceedings, court orders, administrative orders, requests from governmental authorities, or official investigations;

YL Ventures engages third party service providers to support its operations. Your Personal Information may be transferred to such service providers solely for the purpose of providing services to YL Ventures.

These service providers may be located in jurisdictions different from your own, and the data protection laws applicable in those jurisdictions may provide a lower level of protection than those in your jurisdiction. However, we will engage only with service providers that can offer adequate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Information is stored, processed, and protected appropriately, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The following are categories of third-party service providers we engage with, who may have access to Personal Information collected through the Site: website infrastructure and operations service providers, cloud hosting service providers, information technology (IT) and cybersecurity service providers, data analytics service providers (such as, Google Analytics), tag management service providers (such as Google Tag Manager), technical support service providers and CRM, marketing and consent management service providers (such as, HubSpot).

In addition, YL Ventures engages certain third party service providers that may process Personal Information about you for their own independent purposes, as separate controllers of such information, in accordance with their terms of use and privacy policies:

Advertising and Marketing Service Providers: In order to obtain advertising services from external service providers, we may share personal information about you that is collected in connection with your use of the Website (such as IP address, cookie identifiers, online identifiers, device information, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral URLs, interactions with the Website, and other information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies) with these advertising service providers, including advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram), HubSpot, and other similar advertising and marketing service providers, and others, for the purposes of displaying personalized advertisements, monetizing advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and improving marketing strategies, including to enhance campaign quality, measure performance, and optimize targeted and personalized advertising. The service providers will use such information for the purpose of providing advertising services to us (as described above) and, in some cases, also for their own independent purposes, as separate controllers of the information, all in accordance with their privacy policies. Our Site recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal communicated by your browser or device. Where required by applicable law, we will treat such signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and/or sharing of Personal Information processed through Cookies and similar tracking technologies, to the extent applicable.
