Personal Information collected directly from you:

Communications with YL Ventures: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of any communications with YL Ventures, whether through the Site or by any other means, including without limitation, by email, telephone, or through our social network pages or otherwise. For the purposes of this section, it is hereby clarified that:

  • Contact Us Form: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide us while filing the “Contact Us” form available on our Site. This information includes the User’s full name, phone number, email address, organization name, job title and any text you wish to insert into the “message” box. Additional information may be requested via such form in the future.
  • Information Collected on Landing Pages and Additional Interfaces: In addition, when you provide your details on landing pages or in any other digital form of YL Ventures (such as surveys, etc.), your contact information and any other information you provide will be collected and used by us in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
  • Events: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of registration to our events. Such Personal Information may include your full name, email address, job title, organization name and phone number. Additional information may be requested via the registration form in the future.
  • Our newsletter and other commercial materials: you may voluntarily provide us with your full name, email address, job title, organization name and phone in order to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive commercial materials from us and our partners. Additional information may be requested in the future. We also retain a record of your subscription to our mailing list and, if you choose to unsubscribe, we may retain your details in a suppression list, which is intended to prevent sending you further messages in the future and help ensure that you do not receive marketing communications that you do not wish to receive. We retain this information in order to respect your preferences and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Free Text: For the avoidance of doubt, any information you enter as free text in the various forms or in your correspondence with us will be transmitted to us “as is”. Therefore, you are requested to include only details that are essential for your inquiry.

Personal Information collected via technology:

  • Identifiers: when you use the Site, you automatically provide us with your IP address, MAC address, or other unique identifiers, as applicable, depending on the network or device you are using. This information is collected by us in order to improve your user experience, determine your geographic location, and for security and online advertising purposes. 2. What are the Purposes of the collection and processing of information?

We use information to manage, operate, maintain, and improve the Site, and to provide you with the services we offer (for example, technical support or contacting you). 5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

In general, YL Ventures does not share your personal information with third parties. YL Ventures respects your privacy and will not disclose, share, rent, or sell your Personal Information to any third party, other than as stipulated under this Privacy Policy.

Generally, YL Ventures does not share your Personal Information with third parties. However, we may do so in the following circumstances:

Advertising and Marketing Service Providers: In order to obtain advertising services from external service providers, we may share personal information about you that is collected in connection with your use of the Website — such as unique identifier and IP address — with these advertising service providers, including advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and others, for the purposes of displaying personalized advertisements, monetizing advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and improving marketing strategies. YL Ventures implements information security measures to protect Personal Information.
