Gal leads partnerships and events at YL Ventures, setting strategy and managing end-to-end execution to strengthen the firm’s presence and deliver meaningful value to its portfolio companies. Whether coordinating speaking opportunities, running roadshows, or securing key partnerships, she focuses on driving results that accelerate founder growth and generate concrete business opportunities.
Her work is practical, thoughtful, and deeply relationship-driven. Gal moves easily between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, always ensuring efforts provide substance, not just visibility. She plays a central role in shaping how the firm engages across the cybersecurity and venture ecosystems, helping translate exposure into momentum for founders at the earliest stages of their journey.
Before joining YL Ventures, Gal spent ten years in public relations, communications, and media operations, developing a deep understanding of how to craft effective messaging and build influential networks. She worked at blockchain startup Concordium, served as Aide to the Chairman and Media Operations Coordinator at the Abba Eban Institute for Diplomacy and held teaching roles in the MA program in Diplomacy and the BA program in Communications at Reichman University, honing her ability to navigate complex environments and manage high-stakes engagements.
Gal holds a BA in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University, where she participated in the Public Diplomacy Honors Program and the European Studies program. Known for her sharp memory and natural instinct for connecting people, she approaches her work with energy and precision, helping founders and the firm build relationships that continue delivering value over time.
