As VP of Operations and HR, Gye oversees the firm’s operational backbone and people strategy. She builds the structures that support YL Ventures and its portfolio, with a focus on clarity, alignment, and long-term scalability. Her work spans HR and organizational processes, compliance, legal, and internal systems, all aimed at enabling teams to move quickly and grow with confidence.
For founders, she is a close partner on the operational and HR challenges that often define early growth. She works with them on hiring, compensation, compliance, and day-to-day processes that lay the groundwork for speed and durability.
Gye has been with YL Ventures for many years, working alongside dozens of founders at their earliest and most formative stages. That experience shaped her ability to translate complex operational hurdles into clear systems that unlock progress. She is seen across the firm as both a strategic operator and a steady guide, helping create the infrastructure that allows visionary teams to build enduring companies.
She lives in Tel Aviv with her 40kg husky, currently the closest she has come to her dream of running an off-grid farm. When she’s not solving operational challenges, she’s testing her spice tolerance or imagining the cybersecurity edition of Hot Ones.
