Early stage growth depends on relationships. I focus on helping founders build the ones that move their companies forward.
Julianna supports the firm’s founders as they begin building commercial traction. As part of the business development team at YL Ventures, she helps portfolio companies identify potential customers, shape messaging, and create the kinds of relationships that unlock momentum.
She draws on hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement, combining a grounded understanding of outreach with a focus on building trust that lasts. Julianna works closely with founders to prepare for strategic meetings, refine communication strategies, and turn introductions into real opportunities. She has helped teams navigate their first outbound campaigns and watched traction begin to take shape. She’s guided early pitch adjustments that made the difference in CISO conversations. Her approach is direct and collaborative, founded on what she’s seen work.
What drives her is the compounding effect of early wins. One strong meeting can spark a customer, a partner, or a key signal for a future investor. Her role is to help founders reach those moments and make sure they lead somewhere meaningful.
Julianna earned a degree in Communications, where she studied how people connect and how trust is built through clarity and attention. That foundation shapes how she works with founders today, especially in high-pressure conversations where precision matters.
Outside of work, she’s a committed Lego enthusiast, a habit that started in childhood and evolved into a source of creativity, patience, and unexpected confidence. Whether structuring a build or crafting an outreach strategy, she approaches both with curiosity and follow-through.
At YL Ventures, that mindset supports early stage teams as they grow the relationships that move their companies forward.
