Maeve’s approach is grounded in both analytical training and operational experience. Before joining YL Ventures, Maeve worked on the Expansion Team at Openview Ventures, where she helped Series A-B SaaS companies with executive hiring and customer acquisition projects. She’s adept at helping startups communicate with clarity, translate value into outcomes, and approach go-to-market work as a strategic discipline.


Since joining YL Ventures, Maeve has expanded her impact across multiple portfolio companies, bringing consistency and focus to dynamic environments. She helps founders filter signal from noise, make faster decisions, and stay anchored to real buyer needs.


Raised on a working farm, Maeve learned early how to solve problems under pressure and stay accountable when stakes are high. That mindset continues to shape her approach: steady, pragmatic, and attuned to what early stage startups actually need to grow.
